Avidya - Good. Hard. Fun.
This month we turn from Kriya yoga, the yoga of action to Avidya. Avidya is commonly translated as ignorance. What does yoga say about why we get ourselves into trouble with our actions? And how do we, in our normal everyday lives, shift from difficulties into harmony?
I take a little deeper look at these questions in the blog, as well as offer some further reading and viewing for considerations.
Kriya yoga, the yoga of action
Kriya yoga is a branch within yoga that can help give structure to our practice and lead us forward towards an increased clarity of our hearts deepest longings. When we can see clearly, we can develop greater agency to live the life we see as ours to live.
