Free Introduction to Yoga for Caretakers

$0.00

FREE Intro Session: 10/22 - 45 min to experience yoga for caretakers which includes gentle movement, breathwork, restorative yoga and supportive environment.

This class is intended to serve those who serve. Yoga teachers, healers of all kinds, therapists who work with mind, body and/or spirit, medical professionals, teachers, home care givers, family caregivers, peacemakers, managers, supervisors, leaders...

Caretakers need space carved out in their life to digest all that they experience. Their own time and space to just feel, soften, unwind, refresh. In this class we will explore gentle movements to befriend and unwind tension patterns, breath and the way we can gently shift our nervous system to help come back to center, and stillness which we will find in Restorative Yoga, a practice of long held deeply supported supine postures.

Restorative yoga is particularly helpful to unwind chronic tension, tension created from staying in one position for long periods, and tension from emotional patterns common in caretaking.

Come see if this is right for you!
